As a Commercial Lending Officer
, you'll be the driving force behind our commercial lending growth strategy. You'll develop strong client relationships aligned to our Vision, Mission and Values, and structure lending solutions that help businesses thrive. You’ll be part of a collaborative and ambitious team that values both performance and people.

We are seeking candidates with an already established book of business within our Field of Membership, which includes Orange, Ulster, and Dutchess Counties in NY and Pike County in PA.

You’ll be responsible for goal achievement aligned to the Commercial Lending Department's annual plan while complying with operating policies and procedures established for the credit analysis and approval process. Additionally, you’ll be following-up and responding to referrals and requests adhering to our SLAs and supporting our Retail Banking teams with business development efforts.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $145,000 annually, based on experience
