Base pay range

$40.00/hr - $65.00/hr

The Atlantic Group has partnered with a private equity firm in the Manhattan area. They have an immediate need for a Loan Operations Analyst to join their team. This position is a full-time contract role with the opportunity to become permanent based on performance.

Position: Loan Operations Analyst/Closer

Schedule: 9–6pm, M–F | Hybrid (Mon & Fri WFH)

Responsibilities:

-Manage loan settlements and transfers (Clear Par & paper docs), including wires and transaction details.

-Reconcile and track activity for 85+ loans across portfolios; coordinate with administrators, custodians, and agents.

-Maintain loan schedules (balances, costs, amortization, unfunded commitments).

-Support leverage reporting, compliance, and quarterly portfolio releases.

-Update cash flow and IRR data, prepare loan/custodian fees, and assist with audits.

-Handle ad hoc reporting on holdings and investment activity.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in accounting

-2-5 years of experience in Loan Operations

-Security Master system experience
