Tax Partner – HNWI

We are seeking an accomplished Tax Partner to lead and grow our Private Client Services practice. This role focuses on advising high-net-worth individuals, families, executives, and closely held business owners on complex tax planning and compliance matters.

• Lead client engagements involving high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and private entities.
• Provide strategic tax planning, wealth transfer strategies, estate planning, and compliance oversight.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on multi-faceted tax and financial issues.
• Oversee and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.
• Drive business development initiatives to expand the Private Client Services practice.
• Stay abreast of federal, state, and local tax developments affecting private clients and high-net-worth individuals.

• Active CPA license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field;
  Master’s in Taxation or JD preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive tax experience in private client services or high-net-worth individual taxation, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical expertise in estate, gift, trust, and individual income tax planning.
• Proven business development skills and ability to manage a robust client portfolio.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client service skills.
