Position Overview

We are seeking a polished, highly organized, and multitalented Luxury Spa Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is not only passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences but also social media savvy and confident with technology
, able to assist with content creation and modern client communication. This role is key to ensuring the seamless operation of our spa and supporting both our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warmly welcome and check in clients, ensuring a luxury experience from start to finish
  • Manage scheduling, phone calls, and client communications with professionalism
  • Assist with retail sales of premium skincare and promote spa services
  • Keep the reception area elegant, organized, and inviting
  • Support the daily operations of the spa and provide administrative assistance to management
  • Collaborate with the team to create and share engaging social media content
  • Utilize spa software and technology confidently to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or spa/medical spa setting preferred
  • Extremely comfortable with technology, scheduling systems, and devices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; polished and professional demeanor
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
  • Social media and content creation experience strongly preferred
  • Flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability
