As an Account Coordinator at Moonbug Entertainment, you will support the main client-facing lead to help bring brand partnerships to life inside the world of Moonbug. From custom social posts and You Tube integrations to Roblox activations and paid media campaigns, you'll play a hands‑on role in ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
You’ll gain exposure to the full account lifecycle, from post‑sale execution through performance reporting, learning how we turn big ideas into polished, on‑brand programs for major household‑name partners. Along the way, you’ll help manage timelines, coordinate cross‑functional teams, track deliverables, and support thoughtful client communication.
This role is a foundational step within the Account Management track and is perfect for someone organized, curious, and eager to grow. Responsibilities- Support Account Managers as a secondary client-facing contact for post‑sale campaigns, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
- Help deliver outstanding client service, contributing to high levels of client satisfaction throughout campaign life cycles.
- Coordinate communication across internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on campaign timelines, assets, and deliverables.
- Partner closely with Media Ops/Ad Operations to troubleshoot live campaigns and gather weekly reporting and delivery insights.
- Keep the Sales and Account Management teams informed on campaign performance, risks, and key updates.
- Maintain accurate account documentation and support cross‑functional collaboration to ensure Billing and Legal compliance.
- Identify production or delivery issues, elevate appropriately, and track resolutions to completion.
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and organizing campaign performance data to support client reporting.
- Contribute to client reports and presentations with clear, accurate insights.
- Collect client feedback and share insights to help improve internal processes and planning.
- Develop expertise in Moonbug's channels, audiences, and partnerships, becoming a trusted internal resource.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office:
PowerPoint, Excel, and Word - Google Suite knowledge is a plus

- Able to proactively manage account‑related issues, elevate when necessary, and drive solutions
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
