We are hiring someone to run them.
What You Will DoYou will own the leagues.
This includes:
Player Management- Build strong relationships with players
- Retain top players
- Ensure players are happy and engaged
- Recruit new players into existing leagues
- Recruit players for new leagues
- Enforce league rules
- Maintain professionalism
- Protect league integrity
This is not a passive role.
You will be responsible for the success or failure of the leagues.
Problems will not be clearly defined.
You must figure things out.
