• Sweeping, mopping, shampooing, spot cleaning, stripping & waxing, burnishing, detail cleaning, scrubbing floors with specialized machines, vacuuming, and garbage removal.
• Service and maintain trash & recycling compactors and surrounding areas.
• Receive custodial deliveries and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Create an inviting and positive atmosphere that generates a memorable guest experience.

• Must have previous experience with operating and maintaining floor scrubbers and ride-on floor scrubber machines, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and detailed cleaning.
• Must be proficient at utilizing necessary equipment and safety requirements for said equipment.
• Must possess understanding of cleaning solutions and their applications.
• Effective communication and ability to follow directions.
• Previous guest service experience is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain high level of commitment, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Must adhere to Company uniform policy.

• Must be able to walk and stand for the duration of the shift, comfortable climbing stairs, and expect constant motion.
• Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 50-70 lbs.
• Role involves trash handling, including bending and kneeling to pick up trash from floors and between seats.
• Flexible schedule including day or night shifts, split days off, weekends, changeovers, and holidays in a 24x7 environment.
• During peak season (October – April) schedules may include 2-4 nights per week; off season (May – September) may include 0-2 nights per week based on business needs and availability.
• Work is in an environment with loud noises and changing visuals.
• Safe handling, storage, and use of cleaning chemicals per manufacturer instructions and company safety protocols, including proper PPE when needed.

Hourly Pay Range: $21.31 USD
