Gaming Attendants | Springwood Hotel | Newly Refurbed!

Join the team at the newly refurbished Springwood Hotel! We are seeking experienced Gaming Attendants to manage our upgraded room now featuring 45 of the top gaming machines.

To be considered, you must be over 18 and hold current RSA and RCG certificates. Proven experience in a fast‑paced gaming environment is essential, along with full availability for a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays. • Assist guests on the gaming floor with machines and promotions
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience
• Maintain compliance and follow all gaming regulations
• Support the Gaming Supervisor and Manager in floor operations
• Keep the gaming floor tidy, organised, and ready for action

• You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
• You are a team player and have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
• You must hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications
• You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!

• This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
