Production Support – Indie Wrestling Show

Join a dynamic indie wrestling show as on-site production support in New York. This role is ideal for someone passionate about live events and eager to contribute to the seamless execution of a unique wrestling production. You will play a key part in ensuring all technical and logistical aspects of the show run smoothly, working closely with event organizers and talent to deliver an engaging experience for the audience.

The project requires your presence for the full duration of the event, offering a hands-on opportunity to build your expertise in live event production.

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of production equipment, including lighting, audio, and video systems
• Support the technical team during live show operations, troubleshooting issues as they arise
• Coordinate with event staff, talent, and vendors to ensure smooth transitions and adherence to the event schedule
• Monitor and maintain safety protocols throughout the production process
• Manage backstage logistics, including talent cues and prop organization
• Provide real-time support for any production-related needs during the event

• Previous experience supporting live events, preferably in sports or entertainment settings
• Familiarity with production equipment such as lighting rigs, soundboards, and video switchers
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Must be available on-site in New York for the entire duration of the project
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the event schedule
• Knowledge of wrestling show production is a plus, but not required
• Physically able to handle equipment setup and breakdown
