RH is seeking a Guesthouse Door Associate to join our team in providing world-class service to our guests.
Your Responsibilities- Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day
- Consistently deliver first class service and a luxury experience
- Ensure all guest arriving and departing are greeted in a professional and personable manner
- Assist with guest luggage and packages in and out of vehicles
- Ensure the highest level of privacy, security and safety for all
- 1+ years experience in customer service or similar role within a luxury environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays, weekends and overnights
- Knowledgeable of the community and area in which the Guesthouse is located to assist guests with local information on special events (sporting, theater, movies, entertainment, and restaurants)
- Possess or ability to qualify for a NYS Guard Card
- Demonstrate full and comprehensive knowledge of the building including all services, amenities, and functions
- Maintain knowledge of the evacuation plan along with emergency procedures for emergency crews such as first responders, utility personnel, etc.
- Comply with brand quality assurance, uniform and appearance expectations and standards
- Respond to incidents and disturbances including, but not limited to, property emergencies, noise complaints, and smoking complaints
- Partner with Leadership to resolve disputes
- Sustained standing, walking, bending, lifting, stooping for extended periods of time
- This position requires working indoor and outdoor, in various climates
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
