**** The job involves:
*** Enrolling guests into our rewards program at the Momentum desk and in Bus Operations, loading offers, re-printing cards, re-setting PIN numbers and providing complimentaries to qualified players based on level of play
* Redeeming offers, booking show tickets and hotel rooms
* Greeting buses in Bus Operations, welcoming patrons while disembarking and loading offers onto their Momentum cards
* Handling high volumes of guest interactions for long periods of time
* Marketing the rewards card on the gaming floor to guests
* Acting as an ambassador, engaging guests to increase awareness and participation in promotions and tournaments
* Confidently serves as master of ceremonies (MC), effectively engaging audiences with a microphone
* Handling kiosks, registering patrons and scorekeeping during scheduled promotions shifts
* Maintaining professionalism under stressful situations and prioritizing tasks
* Ability to stand for extended periods of time
* Working safely, and in compliance with OH&S policies and legislation
* Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties
* Working independently and as one team that supports and helps one another
* Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation
** The ideal candidate has:
*** Previous customer service experience in Sales, Marketing or Tourism
* Smart Serve certification
* Knowledge of Niagara Region and surrounding areas
* Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
* Exceptional data entry skills with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
* A dynamic, lively and outgoing personality
