Financial Customer Service Representative ($18/HR - Immediate Hire) – TEKsystems

Location: NYC, NY

Employment Type: Contract to Hire

Shift: 10AM-6PM Mon-Fri;
Saturday 10AM-4PM (fully remote)

Pay: $18/HR, Overtime $27/HR

Immediate Hire: You can start immediately.

You must have your own equipment for this position – a computer with Windows 11 Pro or a Mac OS 13 or higher.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills, including email

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to registered shareholders via inbound and outbound calls
• Educate shareholders on corporate actions, board proposals, and voting options
• Track and monitor outstanding issues, providing timely updates
• Log information into Access database
• Assist in developing campaign themes to ensure proper narrative communication
