We are seeking a full-time Event Technical Manager to oversee the technical delivery of trade shows at our office located in Dumbo, Brooklyn, NY. In this on-site role, you will manage and lead technical event operations, including event technology setup, troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless coordination during events. Responsibilities include managing a team, resolving technical issues in real-time, liaising with clients for event requirements, and maintaining high-quality standards in event delivery.

- Coordinate with clients to determine event requirements.
- Maintain high-quality standards in event delivery.
- Resolve technical issues in real-time and lead a technical team.
- Proficient in Technical Support with a strong ability to address and resolve technical challenges during event execution.
- Skilled in Project Management to oversee the planning, organization, and execution of event technology and logistics.
- Strong Team Management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate employees for successful event delivery.
- Capable of conducting Research and Development (R&D) to innovate and improve event technology and processes.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess technical needs, troubleshoot issues, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Experience in the event technology or trade show industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
