Founded in West Hollywood in 1998, it provides an immersive, high‑intensity, one‑hour workout designed to tone muscle, maximize fat loss, and spike metabolism for up to 48 hours after class. The role focuses on leading studio operations and client experience to support sales and hospitality standards across the studio.

• Serve as studio leader in absence of GM/AGM/COS
• Assess customer needs, maintain quality standards for services, and evaluate customer satisfaction
• Support the client experience with hospitality and studio amenities to build personalized experiences that positively impact sales and service
• Be an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and have a memorable experience
• Serve as mentor, influencer, and motivator of peers supporting Barry’s initiatives, practices, and policies
• Develop constructive and cooperative relationships with clients and staff, and maintain them over time
• Assist clients, building individual connections, and providing direction with any questions or concerns
• Communicate with studio leadership and peers in a timely and efficient manner
• Deliver first-class client experience or hospitality at all times
• Greet, assist, and check in customers; respond to questions via phone and email
• Handle studio membership database, register new clients, receive membership payments, and maintain client base
• Support marketing initiatives including client data capture and accuracy, and communication on events and campaigns
• Motivate the team and build positive morale to drive results through accountability and celebration of successes
• Provide timely, same-day coaching and feedback to team members and communicate recaps to the line manager
• Deliver operational excellence in all studio processes
• Ensure a clean and welcoming atmosphere at all times
• Guide clients regarding latest studio promotions, membership discounts, and special events
• Deliver quality shakes and customer service in the Fuel Bar; handle pre-orders and on-the-spot orders; tailor service to each customer’s needs
• Maintain product knowledge for all studio retail operations
• Participate in relevant training and development programs and meetings
• Have flexibility with schedule (weekends, holidays, mornings, nights) and meet minimum availability requirements

• Strong hospitality and customer service skills aligned with Barry’s Mission, Vision and Values
• Availability to work 4 to 5 shifts, including one weekend day
• Friendly, outgoing personality with enjoyment of social interaction
• Enthusiasm for the studio and the role
• Patient, courteous listener with empathy; can respond to clients’ requests with a can‑do attitude
• Cooperative team player with focus on culture
• Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and care for studio appearance and cleanliness
• Professional appearance and behavior; strong communication skills
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age

The Pay Range For This Role Is:
20 - 22 USD per hour (Tribeca)
