• Ensuring that the package area is organized.
• Registering and tracking all deliveries.
• Assisting in the transport of luggage and groceries to and from units and other areas.
• Delivering items such as newspapers, dry‑cleaning, packages, groceries, and other items to residents and guests.
• Operating the service elevator.
• Performing Doorperson and Concierge duties as needed.
• Providing 5‑star customer service.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

If you have prior experience as a Package Room Attendant at a luxury hotel or residential building and a basic knowledge of building systems and computers, that is preferred. Multi‑lingual fluency is a plus!

Pay ranges from $22.34 – $29.79 per hour depending on experience. Benefits such as medical coverage and paid time off will be provided.
