About Medal
Medal is where millions of gamers capture, share, and relive their best moments. We7re building the next generation of gaming communities — social, monetized, and creator-powered. Our mission is to connect brands and players in authentic, high-impact ways.
We operate like a startup — lean, fast, and scrappy — but with serious scale and resources behind us. If you thrive in ambiguity, crave ownership, and want to help define how brands show up in gaming, this is your role.
The RoleWe7re looking for a Growth & Revenue Operations Manager — a right-hand operator who can plug directly into Medal7s revenue engine and grow it. You7ll work side-by-side with our SVP, Revenue to help design, execute, and optimize how brands and agencies buy into the Medal ecosystem.
This isn7t an agency seat where you7re a cog in the machine — it7s a builder role for someone who wants to own outcomes. You7ll wear multiple hats: media strategist, ad ops manager, campaign optimizer, and client partner. You7ll learn fast, touch every part of the revenue stack, and help scale Medal7s monetization engine from the inside.
You7ll Thrive Here If YouHave 3–5 years of experience in fast-paced
gaming, tech, or startup environments.Have worked in a small company (10–20 people) or in a role where you had to wear multiple hats and figure things out fast.
Take extreme ownership — you don7t wait for direction, you build it.
Understand how advertising actually works — attention, audiences, and the money that flows between them.
Preferred but not required: knowing your way around Google Ad Manager (GAM),
Prebid
, and the programmatic ecosystem. Can pull, clean, and analyze performance data — and tell a story with it.
Have creative instincts — you can see the opportunity in a format or an idea and help bring it to life.
Are hungry, curious, and ambitious — this role is for someone who wants to grow into a senior operator, not sit still.
