Site Civil Engineer

Hiring Site/Civil Engineers for a top-tier nationally recognized employee-owner engineering firm with a strong NYC footprint. Known for complex and environmental work across the metro area. Strong reputation with private and public agencies, a healthy project pipeline and are investing heavily in growing their technical teams.

• Prepares the planning, design and permitting documents of renewable energy land development and infrastructure projects in close collaboration with Project Personnel using engineering and design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.) and equipment.
• Leads tasks associated with the preparation and modification of various engineering documents including reports, specifications, plans, cost estimates and designs for projects.
• Writes and/or reviews draft reports, including feasibility studies, stormwater management reports, technical specifications, and utility reports.
• Collaborates with team members on project tasks and assignments.

• Experienced with Civil engineering, land development, and/or stormwater.
• Proficient in software:
  Civil 3D or AutoCAD, Revit is a PLUS.
• Experience with site/civil design, including site planning, grading, stormwater management, drainage, infrastructure, erosion and sediment control.
• Expertise in stormwater management design, hydrologic/hydraulic analysis and design, and SWPPP preparation.

• Must have EIT and plans to get PE within a year.
• 4+ years of prior relevant professional experience in site/civil design, including site planning, grading, storm water management, drainage, and soil erosion.
• Revit.

This is a Permanent position based out of New York, NY.

The pay range for this position is $85,000.00 – $ per year.
