Based on the technical nature of our business, we are looking for a Technical Specialist to assist clients and co-workers with application review, ERP system setups, process improvements, and requests for quotation (RFQ), while acting as the liaison between our customers, internal engineering and supplier partners.

By reviewing customer applications and supporting RFQs, the position drives solutions that are technically sound, accurately quoted, and aligned with customer requirements.

This role keeps communication aligned and projects moving forward. By identifying process improvements and providing technical support, it strengthens internal operations while enhancing the customer experience.

About The Job:

This position plays a vital role in connecting our customers, engineering team, and supplier partners to ensure technical accuracy and operational excellence. The individual in this role will support application review, quoting, system setup, and process improvement efforts while serving as a key point of coordination across multiple functions. Success in this position requires strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • Review and evaluate customer applications to ensure technical feasibility, accuracy, and alignment with company capabilities
  • Support ERP system setup, configuration, and ongoing data management to maintain information flow and operational integrity, reducing errors and delays
  • Assist with RFQs, ensuring timely and accurate responses

    Serve as a liaison between customers, internal engineering, suppliers, and vendor partners
  • Coordinate technical communications to ensure clarity, alignment, and project continuity
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall performance
  • Assist with maintenance and adherence to quality management system
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, etc.) OR equivalent hands‑on industry experience
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and cross‑functional teams
  • Experience with ERP systems preferred
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
Salary:

$65,000.00–$75,000.00 base salary, based on experience
