SYSTRA is currently seeking qualified Office Engineer. Position will be at 2 Broadway, New York.

• Manage submittals from contractors
• Assist experts in preparing, distributing and collecting review comments on submittals from contractors
• Manage letters from contractors
• Prepare monthly reports
• Manage and keep up-to-date project directories
• Update project plans

• Microsoft Office required
• Good communications skills
• Ability to work with others
• Capability to assume additional responsibilities
• Organizational skills
