Electrical CAD Drafter
One of NYC’s leading electrical contracting firms is seeking a driven, detail‑oriented Electrical CAD Drafter/Operator to support our expanding portfolio of commercial and residential new construction projects across all five boroughs.
In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to project delivery: collaborating with project managers, attending coordination meetings, and producing accurate, high‑quality electrical drawings that keep projects moving forward. What You’ll Do- Produce detailed and precise electrical drawings based on shop drawings and as‑built documents
- Participate in coordination meetings with internal teams and outside trades
- Work closely with project managers to meet deadlines and project specifications
- Accurately read and interpret electrical blueprints and electrical codes
- Support a range of new construction projects—commercial, residential, and mixed‑use
- 1–3 years of experience as an Electrical CAD Drafter/Operator in new construction
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
- Ability to confidently read and interpret electrical blueprints
- Working knowledge of relevant electrical codes
- Experience with Revit
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn, NY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $29.00 – $41.00/hr.
