Project Engineer, Civil Engineering

I’m partnering with one of the fastest-growing employee-owned general contractors in the Tri-state area, recognized for delivering complex, high-profile infrastructure and heavy civil projects across the region.

They are seeking a driven Project Engineer to join their team on major infrastructure projects in Northeast. This is a high-impact role offering strong mentorship, career progression, and the opportunity to grow with an expanding ESOP contractor that promotes from within.

• Support Project Managers and Superintendents with day-to-day project execution
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and document control
• Track project schedules and assist with short-interval planning
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Assist with cost tracking, forecasting, and quantity takeoffs
• Ensure work is performed in compliance with contract documents and quality standards
• Participate in site walks and support safety and quality initiatives
• Help drive project delivery on schedule and within budget
