Electrification Project Engineering Manager

We are seeking an Electrification Project Engineering Manager to lead the design, planning, and execution of electrification projects. This role involves coordinating engineering teams, managing project schedules, and ensuring technical solutions meet safety, quality, and operational standards. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills.

• Oversee all phases of electrification projects, from concept to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Provide technical guidance to engineering teams, ensuring designs meet safety and regulatory requirements.
• Review and approve engineering deliverables and design documentation.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across electrical, civil, and systems engineering disciplines.

• Serve as the primary liaison with internal teams, contractors, and external partners.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and technical issues to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure all project work aligns with corporate policies, quality standards, and safety requirements.

• Strong experience in electrical engineering, electrification projects, or rail transit systems.
• Proven ability to manage complex engineering projects with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent electrical engineering certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar credentials.
