* Oversee contractor performance, conduct coordination meetings, and ensure timely resolution of field issues and scope changes.
* Drive digital project execution using BIM, progress‑tracking tools, and construction automation technologies.
* Support permitting, approvals, and compliance with authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs), as well as Micron's PMIS (Procore).
* Identify and mitigate project risks; maintain project documentation, change control, and forecasting.
* Ensure delivery of high‑quality construction in accordance with quarterly and annual quality objectives.
* Manage project cost control efforts, value engineering opportunities, and staffing efficiency across assigned scopes.
How to Qualify:
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
* Experience managing large‑scale industrial, cleanroom, semiconductor, or other technical construction projects.
* Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder‑management skills.
* Demonstrated ability to lead multiple concurrent projects and make decisions with limited guidance.

What Sets You Apart:
* Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or equivalent.
* Proficiency with construction management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Procore, BIM platforms).
* Experience with cleanroom environments, advanced manufacturing facilities, or highly regulated construction.
* Strong problem‑solving, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
