- 5+ years of pharmaceutical engineering experience
- Strong background in pharmaceutical / life sciences manufacturing environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (preferred), Biomedical, Biopharma, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience working cross-functionally on large-scale capital projects
- Ability to operate independently and manage multiple, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting utilities and facilities systems within GMP-regulated environments
- Knowledge of clean utilities including WFI (Water for Injection), Clean Steam, HVAC, and compressed gases
- Familiarity with facility infrastructure systems, equipment commissioning, and maintenance coordination
- Hands-on experience with bioreactors, WFI systems, alarms, instrumentation, and process control systems
- Experience with facility utilities including chilled water, boilers, purified water systems, and building management systems (BMS)
- Exposure to equipment commissioning, qualification (IQ/OQ), and startup activities
- Understanding of instrumentation, automation, and process monitoring systems
- Experience supporting GMP compliance, change controls, and documentation for facilities and utilities
