A company is looking for an MEP Coordinator with at least 5 years of commercial construction experience.
Key Responsibilities Manage the owner-architect interface and oversee planning and installation for various MEP systems Provide construction support for MEP systems, including balancing, commissioning, and validation certification Assist in developing comprehensive commissioning plans for all MEP systems
Required Qualifications Strong grasp of mechanical and electrical engineering concepts 5+ years of experience as a MEP coordinator, preferably in core markets Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred but not required Good understanding of fire/life safety and fire sprinkler systems Proficient computer skills in Word and Excel, with a good understanding of scheduling
