This role will serve as both a technical subject matter expert and hands‑on execution leader
, driving end‑to‑end migration from legacy TDM‑based technologies (Channel Bank, POTS, 56K, T1) to modern Ethernet, MPLS, fiber, and wireless solutions.

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of legacy telecom retirement initiatives from discovery through decommission.
• Evaluate existing telecom infrastructure and perform service inventory and dependency analysis.
• Design phased migration strategies, including cutover plans, rollback procedures, and testing approaches.
• Own or technically direct carrier engagement including: ASRs, LSRs, Provisioning, Turn‑ups, Disconnects.
• Coordinate across carriers, contractors, SMEs, operations teams, and leadership.
• Lead cutover events with real‑time technical decision‑making.
• Track execution progress, risks, and status reporting using Microsoft 365 tools.
• Drive formal service decommissioning and billing disconnects to ensure cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with change management and regulatory standards.

• Extensive expertise in legacy telecom infrastructure (Channel Banks, POTS, 56K, T1).
• Strong working knowledge of Ethernet, MPLS, E‑Line, E‑LAN, fiber, and wireless access.
• Proven leadership of end‑to‑end telecom migrations in live production environments.
• Direct experience owning or directing carrier orders (ASRs, LSRs, provisioning, turn‑ups, disconnects).
• Hands‑on experience leading cutover events.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across carriers and leadership.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, Visio, and MS Project.

• Experience in utility or regulated environments.
• Telecom billing validation and cost recovery experience.
• Exposure to SCADA, OT, or critical infrastructure communications.
• Familiarity with ITIL‑based change and incident management.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Background in Solutions Architecture or Sales Engineering with a carrier or network vendor.
