You will be responsible for converting architectural drawings into production-ready drafts, working closely with experienced engineers and project managers, supporting multiple custom projects, and collaborating with manufacturing and other departments to ensure accurate and efficient execution.

This role would suit a motivated graduate with AutoCAD and Solid Works experience who is eager to learn, develop technical skills, and build a long-term career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

The Role:

• Work closely with engineers and project managers on custom projects
• Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing and operations
• Develop technical drafting expertise in a fast-paced environment

The Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree (Millwork or related field)
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Solid Works
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ambitious and motivated to progress into Engineering or Project Management
