Job Title Reliability Engineer – Maintenance Optimization & Failure Analysis
Job Description: We’re looking for a Reliability Engineer to enhance operational performance and reduce failure rates through strategic maintenance planning. You will drive the development of reliability‑centered maintenance (RCM) programs and support condition‑based maintenance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Weibull analysis.
- Implement reliability modeling and optimization practices.
- Support RCM strategy deployment and asset criticality ranking.
- Analyze performance data to improve system uptime and reliability.
- Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to develop PM tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Reliability, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering.
Experience:
- 5–7 years in reliability engineering or RCM programs.
- Experience with infrastructure or industrial asset maintenance required.
Skills:
- FMEA, RCM, and predictive maintenance tools
- Root cause analysis
- Use of reliability tools (Relia Soft, RAM Commander, etc.)
- Statistical and data analytics
Certifications (Preferred):
- ASQ Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE)
- CMRT or CMRP a plus
