Mechanical Engineering Director – Critical Facilities

$200,000 - $230,000 + Quarterly Bonuses + Flexible PTO + 401(k) Match + Clear Progression to VP

The Role:

• Lead and grow a team of mechanical design engineers working on large-scale, high-value projects across critical infrastructure
• Put your stamp on the department by improving processes, mentoring junior engineers, and shaping future hires
• Manage client relationships and take the lead on delivering quality work across different industries

• Seeking a senior-level leadership role with a path to VP
• Must have experience managing or leading a mechanical engineering/design team
