Productivity Engineer - Hedge Fund - Up to $300k Total Compensation

Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
Responsibilities- Join a flat, hands-on Systems Infrastructure Team and design, implement, operate, and support a modern technology environment built on reusable components and strong automation practices.
- Take ownership of core areas including Virtual Desktops (VDI), mobile device management (MDM/MAM), authentication systems, SaaS integrations, video conferencing, and user desktop environments across the firm.
- Work directly with users, provide high-touch support, and help prepare systems for the next stages of growth.
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, and 5–10+ years of experience in Productivity Engineering, Desktop Engineering, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage projects independently and learn new technologies quickly.
- Experience with Windows and/or Linux server administration, AWS or Azure, scripting (Power Shell, Python, or Bash), MDM/MAM controls, SAML and SCIM-based authentication systems, video conference and phone systems, and desktop support across Windows, Mac, and Linux.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and email administration, and security controls such as endpoint protection and firewalls.
- Financial industry experience is a strong plus.
