We are seeking a Field Coordinator to gather information allowing the design team to develop plumbing, mechanical, and electrical plans and specifications for architectural projects throughout North America using our new, groundbreaking software platform, AI for MEP.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating with the client, the MEP/FP/IT design team, and other consultants to ensure the design is consistent with the client’s vision, to identify and resolve areas of conflict, to ensure a fully coordinated interdisciplinary design, and to ensure the design schedule is maintained.
- Document existing conditions for plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection.
- Becoming familiar with building codes that are applicable to the project.
- Ability to take document and measure items above the ceiling and on roof tops.
- Skill to identify utilities.
- Facility to climb a ladder and operate scissor lift.
- Willingness to travel three to four days a week to various job sites.
- Submit field reports within three days from travel.
- Organize and submit travel expenses in a timely manner.
- Provide mentoring and guidance for colleagues.
What We Are Looking For
- In possession of an associate degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Three or more years of field experience with an MEP/FP engineering consultant.
- Ability to travel in Northern America.
- Valid U.S. Passport.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe PDF, Microsoft Suite.
- Exceptional communication and organization skills, including ability to prioritize tasks and multitask.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently upon receiving necessary direction and information.
- Capacity to exhaust all resources available in effort to overcome obstacles.

Salary Range
$45K – $85K
