The VDC Engineer supports local use of BIM and Virtual Design and Construction. The primary duties of the role are to support multiple on‑site construction team efforts to implement BIM/VDC to support operational efficiency. In addition, the role will support projects in model‑based trade coordination, support project execution planning related to BIM/VDC and support BIM adoption within project teams. A successful candidate will bring a can‑do attitude to the role and have the flexibility to respond to opportunities.

• Support local use of BIM and Virtual Design and Construction.
• Assist multiple on‑site construction teams in implementing BIM/VDC to improve operational efficiency.
• Support projects in model‑based trade coordination.
• Assist in project execution planning related to BIM/VDC.
• Promote BIM adoption within project teams.

• 3+ years of experience working in a BIM or VDC‑related role.
• 1+ years working in the process of asset tracking.
• 1+ year working in Autodesk packages (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM
  360/Autodesk Construction Cloud, etc.) and other platforms such as Procore.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or a related field or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 3 years prior relevant experience.
