We are seeking a dynamic, multi-disciplinary, polyglot Software and Infrastructure Engineer and Leader with broad and deep expertise across the spectrum of modern infrastructure and software engineering. This role sits within an Infrastructure Engineering organization whose mission is to provide the foundational platforms and critical systems upon which large‑scale, API‑driven applications are built.

You will own delivery end‑to‑end, both by leading others and by making direct technical contributions across the ecosystem that powers a global SaaS business.
Engineers in this environment work independently, think in systems, demonstrate high agency, and thrive in a collaborative culture that encourages creative, business‑aligned problem‑solving.
Responsibilities- Own delivery of key initiatives and contribute directly to the systems that power a global SaaS API‑driven platform
- Lead and mentor engineers—both direct reports and cross‑functional collaborators to deliver strong, scalable technical solutions
- Design and build innovative infrastructure systems, applications, and tools that enhance interoperability across the platform
- Take ownership of critical technology infrastructure spanning multiple technologies, tools, and programming languages
- Ensure highly available, reliable, and performant services for customer‑facing applications and internal development teams
- 5+ years of relevant infrastructure engineering experience preferred; demonstrated ownership of critical systems, leadership capability, and impact are valued most
- Proven desire and ability to own and operate vital polyglot infrastructure systems (e.g., Linux, Kubernetes, DNS, Kerberos, AWS)
- Advanced proficiency in Python, with willingness to work in Java, Go, and Bash as needed
- Strong experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Linux, SDLC, authentication, and authorization
- Ability to design reliable, performant solutions using both custom software and open‑source technologies—coding is required for all team members
- Curiosity, enthusiasm for infrastructure, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to balance independence with collaboration
- Prior experience leading people or technical teams strongly preferred
- Ability to use GenAI tools as a force multiplier for engineering productivity
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline
