What You’ll Do

• Lead civil engineering delivery for NYC public realm and infrastructure projects
• Oversee grading, drainage, utilities, and site layout with code-level precision
• Act as technical lead in client and agency meetings—MTA, DOT, DOB, and beyond
• Guide designs from concept through construction, working in a fully integrated studio
• Mentor junior engineers and help scale a high-performing, creative team
• Shape internal workflows and sustainable civil engineering strategies

What You Bring

• PE license in NY (or ability to obtain quickly)
• 10+ years’ experience in civil/site engineering, with a focus on urban/public projects
• Strong grasp of NYC codes, DOB permitting, and multi-agency coordination
• Skilled in Civil 3D, drainage design, and site infrastructure modeling
• Natural team mentor with a collaborative mindset
• Passion for design-led infrastructure that serves people and communities
