Role Responsibilities
  • Lead and support production trials that drive product innovation and respond to evolving customer needs
  • Optimize raw material blends, chemical interactions, and process variables to enhance product quality and reduce operational costs
  • Collaborate with operations, technical, and commercial teams to resolve challenges and implement effective solutions
  • Conduct lab-scale testing and evaluate new materials and product concepts for performance and feasibility
  • Partner with suppliers to assess emerging technologies and recommend process improvements
  • Support product scale-up and commercialization through documentation, training, and process development
  • Apply data-driven methodologies such as DOE, SPC, and root cause analysis to troubleshoot and sustain improvements
  • Contribute technical insight to capital projects and operational upgrades
  • Promote and uphold safety, environmental compliance, and quality standards
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong understanding of process chemistry, additives, and production systems
  • Proficiency in data analysis and process control tools
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and adaptable to specialized software platforms
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and project management abilities
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for vendor visits, training, or customer support
