Field Engineer

Field Engineer – D.A. Collins Family of Companies

Base pay range: $53,600 – $90,000 per year.

Location:

Wilton, NY (requires travel). This position is full‑time and open to new applicants.

• Evaluate and analyze construction plans and shop drawings.
• Measure and track quantities of work on site.
• Apply technical knowledge to solve moderately complex problems.
• Assist in creating functional project schedules meeting desired deadlines.
• Maintain organized project records and support safety initiatives.
• Work independently and as part of a team in field conditions.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or environmental engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience or co‑ops in a heavy civil environment.
• Strong work ethic, self‑motivation, and teamwork communication.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel.
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
