Job Description

This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop new skills and advance your career. The role requires proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD, with direct experience in preparing architectural and engineering construction documents. You will work on multidiscipline design projects and collaborate closely with architecture and engineering staff, consultants, and sales representatives.

Responsibilities

* Visit buildings and job sites to document existing conditions.

* Prepare accurate drawings and models in REVIT and/or AutoCAD from sketches after site visits.

* Develop technical details and construction drawings using REVIT and AutoCAD.

* Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments with minimal supervision.

* Coordinate and integrate building systems with architectural design.

* Effectively communicate with leadership to prioritize and complete work to meet deadlines.

* Perform other related duties, as assigned.

Essential Skills

* Proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD.

* Minimum of five years of experience in the A/E Industry.

* Excellent oral and written communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

* Proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Word.

Additional

Skills & Qualifications

* Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution is preferred.

* Experience in the design of K-12 educational facilities is preferred.

* Working knowledge of rendering software is a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Goshen, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/hr.
