You’ll lead a skilled team of firmware and hardware engineers, shaping the architecture of next-generation connected devices from concept to launch. One week you might be guiding wireless stack integration, the next you’re hands-on with a prototype in the lab, validating hardware and measuring RF performance.

You will oversee the design, development, and integration of their entire embedded technology stack; from early prototypes through production, while fostering technical excellence and team growth.

• Lead a skilled team of firmware and hardware engineers; shape the architecture of next-generation connected devices from concept to launch.
• Guide wireless stack integration and prototype validation in the lab; validate hardware and measure RF performance.
• Oversee design, development, and integration of the embedded technology stack from early prototypes through production.
• Influence design decisions, marshal resources, and drive innovations into real-world products.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in embedded hardware/firmware design, including wireless communication systems.
• Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of microcontroller architectures and embedded C/C++.
• Understanding of hardware design principles (schematics/PCB layout/power management).
• Wireless protocol knowledge (BLE / Wi-Fi / Zigbee, LoRa, etc.).
• Experience with prototype development, hardware bring-up, and debugging.
