We are seeking an experienced Building Envelope Restoration Specialist with a strong background in façade inspection and restoration. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience assessing and restoring exterior building systems, with a deep understanding of building envelope performance and maintenance. This role involves conducting detailed inspections, preparing technical reports, and coordinating restoration strategies to ensure the long-term integrity of commercial and residential structures.

• Perform comprehensive façade inspections, identifying deterioration, structural issues, and maintenance needs in accordance with local regulations and industry best practices.
• Evaluate the performance of building envelope components, including cladding, windows, sealants, waterproofing, and thermal systems.
• Develop restoration plans, scopes of work, and technical documentation for building façade repairs and upgrades.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to implement restoration solutions that meet aesthetic, structural, and energy efficiency goals.
• Monitor restoration projects to ensure quality workmanship, budget adherence, and compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Prepare detailed inspection and project reports, including photographic documentation, condition assessments, and recommendations.

• Restoration Expertise
  :
  Proven knowledge of building restoration techniques, including structural repairs, masonry restoration, and historic façade preservation.
• Building Envelope Knowledge
  :
  Strong understanding of building envelope systems, including waterproofing, thermal insulation, air/vapor barriers, and their role in overall building performance.
• Facade Inspection Experience
  :
  Hands‑on experience conducting façade inspections, including visual assessments, documentation, and reporting in compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• 5+ Years of Industry Experience
  : A minimum of five years of professional experience in façade restoration, building envelope consulting, or related fields, demonstrating technical proficiency and project leadership.
