We are seeking a Construction Inspector to support REI Services for a New York City Design and Construction (NYCDDC) infrastructure project located in Manhattan, NY.
Responsibilities- Monitoring contractor’s work
- Ensuring construction is as per the plans and specifications >
- Assisting Office Engineer as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Preparing daily reports
- 8+ years of REI/CM experience on infrastructure projects
- 4+ years of experience working on NYCDDC projects preferred
- Experience working in a dense urban environment required
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering required
- ACI-I certification required
- OSHA 30 required
Expected salary range is $90,000 - $120,000 annually. Actual compensation will be dependent on the individual’s qualifications, skills, experience, and physical work location.
