Location: Office based in NYC, with visits to MTA station sites as required.
Compensation: $50-60/hour

MPP; a project, program, and construction management firm established in 2009. We specialize in safety management, quality management, project and construction management, and project controls. Our goal is to deliver the highest level of service and support at every phase of our clients' projects.
The Role: We are partnering with several clients throughout New York City to manage all project scheduling and planning aspects of their operations. As a full‑time Project Scheduler you will play a key role in scheduling for Infinite Consulting and the wider Construction Management team.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules,checked against all project elements and timelines.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to gather project requirements and constraints.
- Utilize scheduling software to create detailed project timelines, incorporating milestones, tasks, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or bottlenecks, proposing solutions to mitigate risks and maintain project timelines.
- Communicate schedule changes, updates, and potential impacts to relevant stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- Analyze project schedules to optimize resource utilization, minimize downtime, and enhance overall project efficiency.
- Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review schedules, discuss progress, and address any scheduling concerns.
- Prepare and present reports on project schedule performance, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a construction Project Scheduler/Planner.
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Experience working on complex, high‑value projects in the NYC area with a background in transportation and infrastructure.
- Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
