- Setting and maintaining technical standards, QA/QC processes, and delivery frameworks
- Partnering with clients on capital improvement programs (CIPs), consent‑driven programs, and long‑range planning
- Supporting business development through trusted client relationships, pursuits, and strategic growth initiatives
- Mentoring senior engineers and PMs as part of a structured leadership succession plan
- Collaborating with regional and national leadership on resourcing, investment, and practice strategy
- Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license (NY or NJ required or obtainable)
- 15–25+ years of experience in water/wastewater or water resources engineering
- Proven experience leading practices, large programs, or multi‑disciplinary teams within a consulting environment
- Strong credibility with NYC‑area utilities, authorities, and public‑sector stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master’s preferred)
- Ability to balance technical excellence with people, client, and business leadership
