Steel Detailer

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Steel Detailer to join one of their clients in the Maspeth area (onsite 5 days a week, 7AM-4PM). This person will play a pivotal role in expanding upon initial engineering drawings of client requests, providing full scale details and mock ups of the steel design (signage in this case). We are seeking someone with strong AutoCAD and Tekla experience who can jump in fairly independently, managing both smaller and large scale client projects.

• 5+ years experience within steel detailing
• Strong experience with AutoCAD and Tekla
• Prior experience managing multiple projects and designs at once
