• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits
• Create and deliver compelling technical proposals and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
• Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process, including answering questions and resolving issues
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster long‑term partnerships

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience developing, selling, or engineering building automation systems, or a High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to travel up to 75% locally
• Strong technical proficiency in building automation systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering
• 3+ years of design experience with engineering of building automation systems
• 10+ years of experience developing and engineering building automation systems
• CEM, LEED AP, and WELL AP accreditation or PE certification
• Knowledge of HVAC, lighting, and IT networking/integration
