What You’ll Do

• Lead a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians
• Assign and manage engineering tasks with clear expectations and deliverables
• Review and translate customer documentation into manufacturable solutions
• Implement process improvements for order transfer, documentation, and change management
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and technical challenges
• Support lean manufacturing, new equipment/software rollouts, and ISO/OSHA compliance
• Collaborate across departments to eliminate waste and drive operational excellence
• Develop reports and KPIs to track team and project performance

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 8–12 years in electrical engineering within a manufacturing environment
• Leadership: Supervisory or management experience leading technical teams

  Strong understanding of control systems, schematics, and design documentation
• Automation: Experience with manufacturing automation and process improvements
• Financial Acumen: Comfortable with estimating, budgeting, and cost tracking
