Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a full-time Early Career Data Analytics- RMS Independent Cost Evaluation.

This position is for an Independent Cost Evaluation (ICE) analyst associate to assist in the development of data analytics, databases, standard measures and metrics to be used in risk assessments, strategy recommendations, and other financial and programmatic analyses in support the RMS LoBs, programs and relevant evaluations. This position requires a high-energy individual with creativity and flexibility. The Associate will support review and analysis of new business proposals, programs for CSR reviews and Long Range Plans.

Candidate will become proficient in data gathering and model usage in the support of the activities mentioned above. The individual should be focused on learning and adapting to methodologies, terminology, and continuous improvement necessary for the successful completion of assigned duties. The candidate will also support the review of technical, schedule, cost and contractual risks in the formation of credible evaluations and assist in the reconciling process.

Communication skills will be developed for the opportunity to participate in discussions at various management levels. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of understanding measures and metrics and relevance for assessing performance and performance tracking. Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance.

Basic Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, etc., or related discipline.

-Understanding of measures and metrics and relevance for assessing performance and performance tracking.

Security Clearance Statement:

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey,…
