Assignment Description

• Providetechnicalsupporttothe Project Manageronvarious  projects;
• Reviewtenderpackagespreparedbyotherconsultantsand contractors;
• Reviewshopdrawingspreparedbycontractorsand vendors;
• Preparerequestsforproposals (RFPs);
• Providetechnicalinputasadesignteammemberforprojectsandothertechnical documentation;
• Directandsuperviseconsultantsandcontractorsduringthecompletionofspecific engagements;
• Reviewandapprovereportspreparedby consultants;
• Conductregularsitevisitstomonitorconstructionactivities,verifyprojectprogress,and provide support to site teams;
• Facilitateeffectivecommunicationacross stakeholders;
• Reviewandapprovetechnicaldocumentation,including commissioning;
• Assistwithprojectcloseoutactivities,ensuringsmoothtransitionofcompletedassetsto operations;
• Promotecontinualimprovementthroughlessonslearned,innovative approaches,and sharing best practices with other project teams;
• Submittimesheetsanddocumentationinaccordancewith the Client's project management requirements;
• Otherdutiesas assigned.

• Mechanical Engineering Degree ,registeredwiththe
  
  Professional
  
  Engineer sand Geoscientists of Newfoundland and Labrador (PEGNL) association;
• Field experience,particularlyrelatingtohydro-electricfacilitiesortheelectricalindustry in general is considered desirable;
