Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer with Authorised Person (AP) status looking for an exciting opportunity to step off the tools and make a real impact in the training world?

In this dynamic role, you'll deliver HV/LV training courses that cover a wide range of key topics, including the fundamentals of high-voltage systems, switch gear operation, fault diagnosis, safety protocols, and electrical isolation techniques. You'll engage learners with practical exercises, real-world scenarios, and hands‑on experience to ensure they leave with the skills needed to succeed.
The ideal candidate will be someone from a strong electrical engineering background. It will be ideally suited to a AP HV but candidate that are AP LV with a good understanding of HV awareness are encouraged to apply.

The Role:- Monday to Friday working hours
- Full training provided
- Delivering comprehensive HV/LV training courses
- Based in York
- Must have Authorised Person (AP) experience in HV or LV
- Experience managing electrical safety and issuing permits on site
- Have had exposure to sanction to test and limitation of access
- Passionate about developing others and sharing knowledge
