Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a growing team in Maspeth, Queens. Our new office is fully operational, and we’ve secured significant new projects, creating an exciting opportunity for a strong leader to drive operational excellence and ensure successful project delivery.
Role OverviewAs Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, manage HVAC and weatherization projects, and ensure successful delivery of energy efficiency initiatives. This role is critical to achieving long-term goals of reducing gas usage and meeting building energy reduction targets by 2040.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage project managers and sales teams.
- Oversee HVAC installations, heat pump projects, and weatherization work.
- Manage utility-related projects (including lighting programs).
- Drive operational efficiency and profitability; monitor revenue and costs.
- Ensure compliance with sustainability goals and deadlines.
- Utilize Excel for reporting and budgeting.
- 7–10+ years of experience in operations management.
- Strong background in HVAC, weatherization, or utility work.
- Contractor experience preferred.
- Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work onsite in Maspeth, Queens daily.

This is a Permanent position based out of NEW YORK, NY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
