As the Advisory Lead – NSW
, you will take on a leadership role within our Advisory team, working across a broad range of sectors, including Government Advisory, Project Planning & Development, New Zealand & Pacific, Programme Delivery & Procurement, Integrated Asset Planning, and Defence & Aviation.

• Lead and grow the Advisory team in NSW, fostering collaboration across business units.
• Bring your expertise in one or more of the key advisory areas to drive project success and develop new business opportunities.
• Deliver high-quality advisory services to clients, leveraging your industry knowledge and experience.
• Identify and pursue new work opportunities, leveraging your industry network to generate business growth.
• Provide strategic advice to clients and internal teams, ensuring best practice and innovative solutions.
• Support and mentor team members, building capability and knowledge across the team.

• Strong experience (10 + years) in one or more of the key advisory areas (Government Advisory, Project Planning & Development, New Zealand & Pacific, Programme Delivery & Procurement, Integrated Asset Planning, Defence & Aviation).
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive business growth, and deliver high-quality client outcomes.
• Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, project management, planning, business, or related disciplines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
